You have been selected to join the European Leadership Conference Switzerland 2026 under the Self-Funded Participation category.
Under this category, applicants are required to pay the standard participation package fee of £420, which includes full access to the conference programme.
In addition to conference access, the organisation will provide an official invitation letter, visa supporting documents, and a sponsorship letter to facilitate your visa application.

Submission of this form, together with payment of the £420 participation package fee, is mandatory to confirm your place. An official invitation letter will be issued within 12 hours upon successful submission and payment.
The Self-Funded Participation category requires payment of the standard participation package fee of £420. This fee covers full access to the conference programme.
Accommodation is not included under this category. Delegates are responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of their own accommodation, either at Mövenpick Hotel Geneva or elsewhere in the city, as per their own convenience and preference.
Delegates who wish to find a roommate to share accommodation costs are welcome to arrange this independently through the official delegate WhatsApp group.
In support of your visa application, the organisation will provide:
– An official invitation letter
– Visa supporting documents
– A sponsorship letter
– Embassy Recommendations
The participation package fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a confirmed delegate is unable to attend the conference, they will be issued an e-voucher that can be utilised towards participation in a future conference. The e-voucher will be issued after deduction of international taxes, exchange rate costs, and the costs associated with the invitation letter already issued; the remaining amount will be offered as the e-voucher value.
Delegates are required to apply for a Schengen visa (Switzerland) under the visit or business category. Official documentation will be provided to support visa applications, as outlined above. Visa approval remains the responsibility of the applicant. Delegates must obtain valid travel insurance covering the Schengen Area for the duration of their stay.
