Confirmation Requirement

Submission of the participation form is mandatory to confirm your place. An official invitation letter will be issued upon successful submission.

Scholarship Coverage

The Conference Access Scholarship covers the standard participation package fee of £420 in full, granting free access to the complete conference programme. This category does not include airfare support or accommodation support.

Accommodation & Booking Arrangements

Delegates under this category are responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of their own accommodation, either at Mövenpick Hotel Geneva or elsewhere in the city, as per their own convenience and preference.

Delegates who wish to find a roommate to share accommodation costs are welcome to arrange this independently through the official delegate WhatsApp group.

Attendance & Withdrawal Policy

Participation under the Conference Access Scholarship is granted based on limited availability and selection criteria. If a confirmed participant fails to attend or withdraws, the allocated slot is forfeited, with no eligibility for transfer, e-voucher, or deferral to future events. The slot will be reassigned to another eligible applicant at the organiser’s discretion.

Visa Guidance
Delegates are required to apply for a Schengen visa (Switzerland) under the visit or business category. Official documentation will be provided to support visa applications. Visa approval remains the responsibility of the applicant. Delegates must obtain valid travel insurance covering the Schengen Area for the duration of their stay.
