As part of this opportunity, you have been offered £100 in financial assistance towards your participation package fee.
The standard participation package fee is £420. After applying the £100 financial assistance, your remaining participation package fee is: £320
By completing the confirmation process and payment of £320, you will confirm your participation in the European Leadership Conference Switzerland 2026 with full access to the conference programme. Your invitation letter, sponsorship letter and visa support documentations will be issued in 12 hours after your participation confirmation.
This opportunity enables you to represent your community, engage with international leaders, exchange ideas, and participate in an international leadership platform in Geneva.

Submission of this confirmation form, together with payment of the £320 participation package fee, is required to confirm your place under the Honorary Global Leader – Financial Assistance Category.
Upon successful confirmation and payment, the organisation will provide the relevant participation and visa-support documentation applicable to your registration.

The financial assistance is specific to this offer and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Participation Fee
The £320 payment covers your participation package and full access to the conference programme, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Accommodation is not included under this category.
Delegates are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own accommodation, either at Mövenpick Hotel Geneva or at another suitable accommodation in Geneva, according to their own preferences and convenience.
Delegates who wish to share accommodation and costs with another participant may arrange this independently.
Where applicable, the organisation will provide supporting documentation to assist delegates with their visa application, including:
Official invitation letter
Visa supporting documents
Sponsorship letter
Embassy recommendation/support documentation, where applicable
Please note: The issuance of supporting documents does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or competent authorities based on the applicant’s individual circumstances and documentation.
The participation package fee is non-refundable.
If a confirmed delegate is unable to attend the conference, an e-voucher for a future event may be issued in accordance with the organisation’s applicable policy.
The e-voucher value may be subject to deductions for international taxes, exchange-rate differences, payment processing costs, and costs associated with documentation or services already provided.
Delegates requiring a visa are responsible for submitting their visa application to the appropriate authorities and providing accurate and complete documentation.
The organisation may provide reasonable guidance and supporting documentation; however, visa approval remains solely the responsibility of the applicant and the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
Delegates must obtain valid travel insurance covering the Schengen Area for the duration of their stay, where required.
Arrival: 11 September 2026, preferably before 15:00
Departure: 14 September 2026, preferably after 12:00
Delegates are responsible for arranging their own airfare and transportation unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the organisation.
A detailed conference agenda, including the official engagement at the United Nations Office at Geneva, will be shared with confirmed participants prior to the event.
