1. Application and Eligibility

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria outlined on the official website.
All information must be accurate and verifiable—false or incomplete submissions may result in disqualification without a refund.
This category offers designated seats for a fully, partially funded scholarships and financial assistance to Vienna, Austria, to participate in the One World Vision Conference Austria 2026 for the Global Leader Opportunity.

2. Application Fee & Refund Policy

The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa denial, voluntary withdrawal, or any changes in personal circumstances.
This fee covers administrative, legal, and event organisation costs.

3. Funding and Participation

If funding is not secured, applicants may still attend the event at their own expense and get the Opportunity of Global Leader Representation in Europe.
Participants will receive an official invitation letter, sponsored letter, venue reservation confirmation and visa support letters for travel and participation arrangements to Vienna, Austria in January 2026.
The organisation will assist where possible but is not responsible for visa approvals or denials.

4. Visa Support

The organization will provide necessary visa assistance, including invitation letters and supporting documents. However, it does not guarantee embassy appointments.

5. Event Amendments and Cancellation

The organisers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies.
Any changes will be communicated via the contact details provided by the applicant.

6. Media and Marketing Consent

By attending and submitting your application, you consent to being photographed and recorded during the event.
Media content may be used for marketing and promotional purposes and cannot be removed once published.

7. Personal Responsibility and Conduct

Participants are responsible for their own safety during travel and stay in Austria.
Professional conduct is expected throughout. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event.
Attendees are liable for any damages to event property.
The organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss of belongings, or travel-related issues. Participants are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance.

8. Data Privacy and Legal Compliance

By applying, you consent to the use of your personal data for event-related purposes.
