1. Application Fee: The application fee is mandatory and non-refundable under any circumstances. All applications must be complete to be considered for evaluation and selection.
2. Confirmation of Participation: Selected participants will be notified via email and must confirm their participation within the specified time frame. Failure to confirm may result in the expiration of the scholarship.
3. Use of Participant Information: By submitting an application, participants grant the organisers of the Changemakers Summit the right to use their name, biography, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
4. Data Privacy: Personal information provided in the application will only be used for the purpose of evaluating the application and organising the Changemakers Summit. The organisers will handle personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
5. Selection Process: The selection of delegates will be conducted by an independent panel of judges, including high-profile board members and direct involvement from the United Nations. The outcomes are final and non-negotiable.
6. Non-Refundable Application Fee: Participants cannot dispute the application fee if they are not selected for the scholarship categories. The organisation reserves the right to address disputes, and the applicant is responsible for any resulting loss.
7. Scholarship Categories: Designated seats are available in Fully-Funded, Partially-Funded, and Self-Funded scholarships.
8. Liability Disclaimer: EduTourism for Unity is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and are expected to follow safety regulations and instructions. Our organising team will be available to assist in any matters.
9. Legal Agreement: By participating, participants agree not to pursue legal action against the organisation for the denial of application fee refunds. Participants also commit to refraining from defamation, whether oral, visual, or auditory, regarding the organisation. Any violation of this provision may result in legal consequences.
