Registration Requirement:
Submission of this completed form is mandatory to confirm your participation. A formal Invitation Letter will only be issued once your form and payment have been received.

Travel & Accommodation
A Venue Acknowledgement Letter, Organisational Consent Letter, Exclusive Invitation Letter & Event Agenda will be issued to all confirmed delegate for their visa and travel support to France.
Accommodation is not included in the participation package. Delegates must arrange their own accommodation as per their preference and budget.
Those wishing to stay at the official venue hotel may either: Book directly online, or Request our assistance to facilitate the booking. Delegates may choose to stay privately or share a room with another delegate to reduce costs. Once the final delegate list is confirmed, an official delegation group will be created to coordinate travel, accommodation, and participation. -
Visa Guidance
Delegates may apply for either a Business/Conference Visa or Tourist/Visit Visa, depending on their preference.
Supporting documents (Invitation Letter, Organisational Consent Letter, Venue Acknowledgement Letter, and Event Agenda) will be provided.
Please refer to the French Embassy or authorised visa centre in your country for the official checklist and procedure.

Travel Requirements
Arrival: All delegates must arrive at the venue by 4:00 PM on 1st November 2025. The opening session will commence at 4:30 PM.
Departure: The event will conclude at 11:00 AM on 4th November 2025, following the farewell breakfast. -
Event Agenda
The final detailed agenda will be shared with confirmed delegates by 15th October 2025.

In the event of a visa refusal:
- Self-Funded Delegates will receive an e-voucher (after deduction of administrative costs such as VAT and processing fees), valid for future events.
- Applicants for the exclusive invitation letter only are not eligible for a refund or voucher, as this service is non-refundable.
