Registration Requirement:
If you are interested in attending this event as a self funded delegate, must submit this form to confirm participation.A formal invitation letter will be sent to confirmed delegates only after completion of this form.

Hotel & Booking Arrangements:
Hotel accommodations will be booked for delegates to assist with visa processing and immigration at the airport. In the case of event rescheduling or delay, your payment will be adjusted to the new arrangements with no additional costs.

Attendance and Withdrawal:
f you are unable to attend the event after confirming and paying the deposit, your registration can be transferred to the next event as an e-voucher. In case of a change in your participation plans, please inform the organisation of your withdrawalno later than 1st February 2025.

Visa Advice:
All delegates are advised to apply for a visit visa to Egypt. A conference or business visa is not recommended due to the lengthy and complex process, which may result in visa refusal. This event is uniting leaders for an educational tourism meeting, and a visit visa is the most appropriate option.

Travel Requirements:
Participants are required to arrive before 12:00 pm on 23rd February. The event will commence at 5:00 pm on the same day. Check-out will be around 11:00 am on 26th February, following a farewell breakfast.

Payment Method: Payment must be made in full upon form submission through a debit/credit card. Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway and banking.

Accommodation: Shared room occupancy with same-gender participants for 3 nights / 4 days (from 23rd to 26th February). Check-in and check-out will be in accordance with hotel policy.

Transportation: Self-funded delegates are required to arrange their own transportation between the airport and the hotel. Support will be available from our team if required.

Policy Compliance: EduTourism for Unity maintains a strict policy for participants, and any non-compliance with the package terms may lead to forfeiture of certain benefits.

4. Exclusions from the Self-Funded Package
The following services are not included in the package:

Airfare: International and domestic flights are not covered.

Visa and Related Expenses: All visa fees and related expenses are to be borne by the participant.

Extra Meals & Transportation: Any additional meals, airport-to-hotel transportation, and local transport not tied to the official event schedule are not included.
