Congratulations on your selection for the European Leadership Conference Switzerland 2026.

You have been selected under the Fully Funded Delegate Category based on the strength of your profile and your demonstrated commitment to leadership and global engagement.

Under this category, selected delegates are granted access to the conference with significant support, allowing participation without payment of the full programme fee.

This opportunity enables you to represent your country, engage with global leaders, and be part of a high-impact international platform in Geneva, home to the United Nations Office at Geneva.

The Fully Funded Delegate Category covers the standard participation package fee of £420 in full, together with one of the following two forms of support, as specified in your individual selection email: airfare support, or twin-sharing accommodation (paired with a delegate of the same gender).

Confirmation Requirement

Submission of the participation form is mandatory to confirm your place. An official invitation letter will be issued upon successful submission.

Accommodation & Booking Arrangements

The Fully Funded Delegate Category provides free participation in the conference plus one additional benefit only, either airfare support or accommodation support as confirmed in your selection email. The two benefits are not combined under this category.

Delegates whose selection email confirms accommodation support will be placed in a twin-sharing room at Mövenpick Hotel Geneva, paired with a delegate of the same gender, for the duration of the conference (11–14 September 2026).
Delegates whose selection email confirms airfare support, or whose package does not include accommodation, are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Delegates in this position are welcome to book a room at Mövenpick Hotel Geneva at their own cost, or to arrange accommodation elsewhere in the city. Delegates arranging their own accommodation who wish to find a roommate to share costs are welcome to do so independently through the official delegate WhatsApp group. Any additional nights outside the official programme dates must be arranged independently by the delegate.

Attendance & Withdrawal Policy

Participation under the Fully Funded Delegate Category is granted based on limited availability and selection criteria. If a confirmed participant fails to attend or withdraws, the allocated slot is forfeited, with no eligibility for transfer, e-voucher, or deferral to future events. The slot will be reassigned to another eligible applicant at the organiser’s discretion.

Visa Guidance

Delegates are required to apply for a Schengen visa (Switzerland) under the visit or business category. Official documentation will be provided to support visa applications. Visa approval remains the responsibility of the applicant. Delegates must obtain valid travel insurance covering the Schengen Area for the duration of their stay.
