• The participation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to visa denial, voluntary withdrawal, or any changes in personal circumstances, but we offer e-voucher credit that you can utilise for the next conference.

3. Funding and Participation

• In this category, you are participating at your own expense and will receive the opportunity to serve as a Global Leader in Europe.
• You will receive an official invitation letter and venue reservation confirmation for visa support documents for travel and participation arrangements to Vienna, Austria.
