Application Fee
The application fee is a mandatory legal cost and is non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all participation categories. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or considered for selection.

Selection & Confirmation
Successful applicants will be notified via email and must confirm their participation within the given time frame. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the offered place.

Use of Submitted Materials
By submitting your application, you grant the organisers of the European Leadership Conference Switzerland 2026 permission to use your name, biography, and submitted materials for promotional or communication purposes related to the conference.

Selection Process
Scholarship and participation decisions are made by an independent evaluation panel, including distinguished board members from the United Kingdom, United States and Europe, in collaboration with the United Nations & European Union.

Scholarship Decisions & Fee Disputes
Applicants who are not selected for scholarships cannot dispute the application fee. The organisation reserves the right to contest any claims, and any resulting loss or liability remains the applicant’s responsibility.

Participation, Safety & Responsibility
Seats are designated across Fully Funded, Partially Funded, Self-Funded, and Financial Assistance categories. While the organisers strive to support participants throughout the conference, they are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft. Participants are expected to follow safety guidelines, adhere to instructions, and take responsibility for their personal belongings and conduct.

Professional Conduct & Legal Understanding
By participating, applicants agree that the application fee is non-refundable and will not pursue legal action regarding this matter. Participants also commit to professional and respectful conduct and to avoid any form of defamation, whether oral, written, or visual, against the organisers. Breaches may result in legal action.
