By submitting your application for the fully/partially funded category, you agree to the following terms, conditions, rules, and legal provisions set by Rising Leaders Magazine.

1. Application and Eligibility
• Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria outlined on the official website.
• All information provided must be accurate and verifiable. False or incomplete submissions may result in disqualification without a refund.
• This category offers a limited number of designated seats for a fully or partially funded trip to New York, USA, to participate in the Leadership Awards Summit and receive the Global Leader Award.

2. Application Fee & Refund Policy
• The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to visa denial, voluntary withdrawal, or any changes in personal circumstances.
• This fee covers administrative, legal, and event organization costs.

3. Funding and Participation
• As there are limited funded seats, applicants who do not secure funding will still have the opportunity to attend the event at their own expense and receive their Global Leader Award.
• Participants will receive an official invitation letter and venue reservation confirmation for visa support and travel arrangements to New York, USA.

4. Visa Support
• The organization will provide necessary visa assistance, including invitation letters and supporting documents. However, it does not guarantee embassy appointments.
• The organization will assist where possible but is not responsible for visa approvals or denials.

5. Event Amendments and Cancellation
• The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters or emergencies.
