Application Fee
The application fee is compulsory and non-refundable under all circumstances. This requirement applies to all categories. Applications that are incomplete will not be reviewed or considered for selection.

Selection & Confirmation
Successful applicants will be informed via email and must confirm their participation within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the offered place.

Use of Submitted Materials
By submitting an application, participants grant the organisers of the London Empowerment Forum 2026 permission to use their name, biography, and submitted materials for promotional and communication purposes related to the forum.

Data Protection & Privacy
All personal information provided will be used exclusively for application assessment and the organisation of the London Empowerment Forum 2026. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Selection Process
Scholarship selection is conducted by an independent evaluation panel comprising distinguished board members from the United Kingdom and Europe, with direct involvement from the United Nations. All decisions made by the panel are final and not subject to appeal.

Scholarship Decisions & Fee Disputes
Applicants who are not selected for scholarship categories are not entitled to dispute the application fee. The organisation reserves the right to contest any dispute, and any resulting loss or liability shall remain the responsibility of the applicant.

Participation, Safety & Responsibility
Limited seats are available across Fully Funded, Partially Funded, Self-Funded, and Financial Assistance categories. While Rising Leaders Magazine endeavours to support participants throughout the forum, it shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Participants are expected to comply with all safety guidelines, follow official instructions, and take responsibility for their personal belongings and conduct.

Professional Conduct & Legal Understanding
By participating, applicants acknowledge and accept the non-refundability of the application fee and agree not to initiate legal action regarding this matter. Participants further commit to maintaining professional and respectful conduct and to refraining from any form of oral, visual, or written defamation against the organisation. Any breach of this condition may result in legal action.
