Application Fee
The fee for the self-funded participation package is mandatory and non-refundable under all circumstances. This applies to the selected participation category. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or considered.

Selection & Confirmation
Self-funded applicants are guaranteed direct participation as confirmed delegates. Registered applicants will receive a formal invitation letter along with full visa support and sponsorship letter along with the embassy recommendation to assist with the Australian visa application process.

Use of Submitted Materials
By submitting an application, participants grant the organisers of the Young Leaders Union Australia 2026 permission to use their name, biography, and submitted materials for promotional and communication purposes related to the conference.

E-Voucher Policy
In the event that a self-funded delegate is unable to attend, an e-voucher may be issued for future participation (terms and conditions apply). This ensures flexibility while maintaining your engagement with the conference.

The organisers strive to support participants throughout the conference, they shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Participants are responsible for complying with safety guidelines, following official instructions, and taking care of personal belongings.

Professional Conduct & Legal Acknowledgement
By participating, applicants acknowledge and accept the non-refundable nature of the application fee and agree not to pursue legal action regarding this matter. Participants further commit to professional and respectful conduct and to refraining from any form of defamation against the organisers. Breaches of this condition may result in legal action.
