Declaration: I declare that the information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I hereby consent and agree to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the scholarship or cancellation of my participation.

• The application fee is mandatory and non-refundable under any circumstances and applies to all defined categories. Incomplete applications will not be considered for evaluation or selection.
  
  
• Selected participants will be notified via email and must confirm their participation within the specified time-frame. Failure to confirm may result in the expiration of the scholarship or participation offer.
  
  
• By submitting the application, participants grant the organisers of the One World Summit Japan 2027 the right to use their name, biography, photographs, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
  
  
• Personal information provided in the application will be used for the purpose of evaluating applications and organising the One World Summit Japan 2027. The organisers will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  
  
• The selection of delegates will be conducted by an independent selection panel, including board members and representatives of the organisation. The selection outcomes are considered final.
  
  
• Participants are not entitled to dispute the application fee in the event that they are not selected for a scholarship category.
  
  
• There are designated places available across Fully Funded, Partially Funded and Self-Funded, Conference Access, Financial Assistance categories. EduTourism for Unity is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and are expected to follow safety regulations and instructions and ensure their own safety and the safety of others. The organising team will remain available to provide reasonable assistance during the event.
  
  
• By participating in the event, participants agree to comply with the organisation's policies and procedures and to communicate any concerns through the organisation's official communication channels.
