Declaration: I declare that the information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I hereby consent & agree to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions. I understand that any false information may result in disqualification from the scholarship. 

1. Application fee is mandatory & not refundable under any circumstance & applies on all defined categories. Incomplete applications will not be considered for evaluation & selection. 
2. Selected participants will be notified via email & must confirm their participation within the specified time frame. Failure to confirm may result in the expiration of the scholarship. 
3. By submitting the application, participants grant the organisers of the Leadership Forum Saudi Arabia the right to use their name, biography, & any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
4. Personal information provided in the application will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the application & organising the Leadership Forum Saudi Arabia. The organisers will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws & regulations. 
5. The selection of delegates will be conducted by an independent panel of judges including the high profile board members & direct involvement by the United Nations Switzerland, & the outcomes are considered final & non-negotiable.
6. Participants are not permitted to dispute the fee in case they are not selected for scholarship categories. The organisation will have the right to counter the dispute & in this case the applicant is responsible for their loss.
7. There are designated seats available in Fully-Partially & Self-Funded scholarships. "EduTourism for Unity" is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event; attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, expected to follow safety regulations & instructions, & ensure their own safety & the safety of others, but our organising team will be available to provide you assistance in any matter.
8. By participating, participants agree not to pursue legal action against the organisation for the denial of application fee refunds & commit to refraining from engaging in oral, visual, or auditory defamation of the organisation, particularly if they disagree with their assigned category, understanding that any violation of this provision will lead to legal consequences.
