• The application fee is a mandatory administrative cost and is non-refundable. Incomplete applications will not be considered for invitation.
  
  
• By submitting the application, participants grant the organisers of the One World Summit Japan 2027 the right to use their name, biography, photographs and submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
  
  
• While an official invitation letter may be provided to registered applicants, obtaining a visa for Japan remains the sole responsibility of the applicant. 
  
  
• Invited applicants must confirm their attendance within the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in the invitation being withdrawn.
  
  
• Participants must adhere to the summit's values of respect, inclusivity and professionalism. Any serious misconduct may result in disqualification from the event.
  
  
• The organisation reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
  
  
• EduTourism for Unity is not liable for loss, injury, damage or theft during the event. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and are expected to follow all safety regulations and instructions and ensure their own safety and the safety of others. The organising team will remain available to provide reasonable assistance where required.
  
  
• After securing a visa, applicants must upgrade their participation package to attend the conference.
  
  
• By submitting this application, participants agree to comply with the organisation's policies and procedures and to communicate any concerns through the organisation's official communication channels.
