Participation Confirmation Form – Self Funded Delegate Category

Thank you for your application to the One World Summit Austria 2026.

Due to the highly competitive nature of the scholarship selection process and the limited number of funded slots, not all outstanding applicants could be accommodated under the scholarship category.

However, based on the strength of your profile and your demonstrated interest in global leadership, we are pleased to offer you an opportunity to participate in the summit under the Self-Funded Delegate Category.

As a confirmed participant, you will have the opportunity to serve as an International Speaker, receive an official invitation letter, complete visa supporting documentation, and a structured participation package to facilitate your travel and attendance in Austria, along with career, collaboration, and work opportunities in Europe.

This pathway ensures that committed and capable individuals still have the opportunity to join this international platform, represent their country, and engage with global leaders.

Confirmation Requirement

Submission of this form is mandatory to confirm participation. An official invitation letter will be issued upon successful submission.

Accommodation & Booking Arrangements

Accommodation arrangements will be processed for visa and immigration purposes.
Hotel confirmation details will be shared after submission of this form.
In case of event rescheduling, all arrangements will be adjusted accordingly without additional administrative charges.

Attendance & Withdrawal Policy

Confirmed delegates who withdraw after payment will receive an e-voucher transferable to future event (terms & conditions applied).
Requests after 10th July will not be eligible for transfer, e-voucher or refund. 

Visa Guidance

Delegates are required to apply for a Schengen visa (Austria) under the visit or business category.
Official documentation will be provided to support visa applications.
Visa approval remains the responsibility of the applicant.
Delegates must obtain valid travel insurance covering the Schengen Area for the duration of their stay.

Travel Requirements

Arrival: 21 July 2026 (before 15:00)
Departure: 24 July 2026 (after breakfast)
Early arrival or extended stay must be arranged independently by delegates.
