• Application fee is a legal cost associated and it’s mandatory, & not refundable under any circumstance & applies on all defined categories. Incomplete applications will not be considered for evaluation & selection. 
• By submitting the application, participants grant the organisers of the Amsterdam High-Level Leadership Forum 2026 the right to use their name, biography, & any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
• Participants are not permitted to dispute the fee in case they are not selected for scholarship categories. The organisation will have the right to counter the dispute & in this case the applicant is responsible for their loss.
• While an official invitation letter will be provided, securing a visa for Netherlands is the sole responsibility of the applicant. The conference organisers are not liable for visa denials or travel restrictions.
• Invited applicants must confirm their attendance within the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in the invitation being withdrawn.
• Participants must adhere to the conference values of respect, inclusivity, and professionalism. Any misconduct may result in immediate disqualification from the event.
• The organisation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed in advance.
• "EduTourism for Unity" is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event; attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, expected to follow safety regulations & instructions, & ensure their own safety & the safety of others, but our organising team will be available to provide you assistance in any matter.
• By participating, participants agree not to pursue legal action against the organisation for the denial of application fee refunds & commit to refraining from engaging in oral, visual, or auditory defamation of the organisation, particularly if they disagree with their assigned category, understanding that any violation of this provision will lead to legal consequences.
