• Invitation Letter Fee
  The invitation letter fee is a mandatory legal cost associated with the invitation issuance and is non-refundable under any circumstances. Incomplete applications will not be considered for evaluation or priority processing.

• Use of Submitted Materials
  By submitting an application, participants grant the EduTourism for Unity Organisation permission to use their name, biography, and submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the One World Summit Malta 2026.

• Fee Disputes
  Applicants cannot dispute the fee if they are not selected for other scholarship or visa refusal. Any resulting loss or liability remains the responsibility of the applicant.

• Visa Responsibility
  While an official invitation letter will be issued, obtaining a Schengen visa is the sole responsibility of the participant, but we will provide complete support. The organisers cannot be held liable for visa denials, travel restrictions, or related issues.

• Confirmation of Attendance
  Invited applicants must confirm their attendance within the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of the invitation.

• Conduct and Values
  Participants are expected to uphold respect, inclusivity, and professionalism. Any misconduct may lead to immediate disqualification from the event.

• Personal Responsibility & Safety
  EduTourism for Unity Organisation is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Participants must take care of their belongings and follow safety instructions. The organising team will provide support when necessary.

• Legal Acknowledgement
  By applying, participants agree not to pursue legal action regarding the non-refundable invitation letter fee and commit to refraining from any defamation against the organisation. Any violation may result in legal consequences.
