Application Fee
The application fee is mandatory, legal fees, and strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This requirement applies to all participation categories. Applications that are incomplete will not be reviewed or considered for selection.

Use of Submitted Materials
By submitting this application, participants grant the EduTourism for Unity Organisation permission to use their name, biography, and submitted materials for promotional, media, and communication purposes related to the One World Summit Austria 2026.

All personal information provided will be used solely for application assessment and event organisation. Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and responsible handling.

Scholarship Selection Process
Scholarship applications are reviewed by an independent evaluation panel comprising distinguished board members from the United Kingdom and Europe, with direct involvement from the United Nations. All decisions made by the panel are final and are subject to appeal.

Scholarship Decisions & Fee Disputes
Applicants who are not selected for scholarship categories are not entitled to dispute the application fee. The organisation reserves the right to contest any dispute, and any resulting loss or liability shall remain the responsibility of the applicant.

Participation, Safety & Responsibility
Offering places across Fully Funded, Partially Funded, Self-Funded, and Financial Assistance categories. While EduTourism for Unity Organisation strives to support all participants, it shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Participants must follow all safety protocols, comply with official instructions, and take responsibility for their personal belongings and conduct.

Professional Conduct & Legal Understanding
By applying, participants acknowledge the non-refundable nature of the application fee and agree not to initiate legal action regarding this matter. Participants further commit to maintaining professional and respectful conduct and to refraining from any form of oral, visual, or written defamation against the organisation. Any breach may result in appropriate legal action.
