Application Fee
The application fee for the Conference Access & self-funded participation package is mandatory and strictly non-refundable under all circumstances but the organisation offers the e-voucher. This applies to the relevant participation category. Applications that are incomplete will not be reviewed or considered.

Selection & Confirmation
Applicants applying for Conference Access and Self-Funded Participation will be accepted without a selection process. Upon submitting the application, they will automatically receive an email confirming their seat along with further information regarding travel and participation in the conference.

Use of Submitted Materials
By submitting this application, participants grant the organisers of the One World Summit Austria 2026 permission to use their name, biography, and submitted materials for promotional, media, and communication purposes related to the forum.

Data Protection & Privacy
All personal information will be used solely for the purpose of application assessment and event organisation. Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and responsible handling.

Selection Process & E-Voucher Policy
Conference Access & Self-funded registration guarantees direct access to the forum as a confirmed delegate, without a competitive selection process. Should a self-funded delegate be unable to attend, an e-voucher will be issued, which may be applied towards participation in a future event (terms and conditions apply).

Participation, Safety & Responsibility
Places are limited across Fully Funded, Partially Funded, Self-Funded, and Financial Assistance categories. While EduTourism for Unity Organisation strives to support all participants, it cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Delegates are expected to follow all safety protocols, comply with official instructions, and take responsibility for their personal belongings and conduct.

Professional Conduct & Legal Understanding
By applying, participants acknowledge the non-refundable nature of the application fee and agree not to pursue legal action in relation to this matter. Participants also commit to maintaining professional and respectful conduct at all times and to refraining from any form of oral, visual, or written defamation against the organisation. Any breach may result in appropriate legal action.
