Selection & ConfirmationSuccessful applicants will be notified via email and must confirm their participation within the given timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the offered place.

While the organisers strive to support participants throughout the conference, they are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft. Professional Conduct & Legal UnderstandingBy participating, applicants agree that the application fee is non-refundable and will not pursue legal action regarding this matter.
