Congratulations on your selection for the One World Summit Austria 2026.

You have been selected under the Partially Funded Delegate Category based on the strength of your profile and your demonstrated commitment to leadership and global engagement.

Under this category, selected delegates are granted access to the summit with significant support, allowing participation without payment of the full programme fee.

This opportunity enables you to represent your country, engage with global leaders, and be part of a high-impact international platform.

Confirmation Requirement

Submission of this form is mandatory to confirm participation. An official invitation letter will be issued upon successful submission.

Accommodation & Booking Arrangements

Accommodation is included under the Partially Funded Delegate Category. Delegates will be provided with a twin-sharing room at the designated conference venue hotel for the duration of the summit (21–24 July 2026).

Delegates will be paired with participants of the same gender.

Any additional nights outside the official programme dates must be arranged independently by the delegate.

Attendance & Withdrawal Policy

Participation under the Partially Funded Delegate Category is granted based on limited availability and selection criteria.

If a confirmed participant fails to attend the conference or withdraws their participation, the allocated slot will be forfeited. In such cases, the participant will not be eligible for any transfer, e-voucher, or deferral to future events.

 

The participation opportunity will be reassigned to another eligible applicant at the organiser’s discretion.

Visa Guidance

Delegates are required to apply for a Schengen visa (Austria) under the visit or business category.
Official documentation will be provided to support visa applications.
Visa approval remains the responsibility of the applicant.
Delegates must obtain valid travel insurance covering the Schengen Area for the duration of their stay.

Travel Requirements

Arrival: 21 July 2026 (before 15:00)
Departure: 24 July 2026 (after breakfast)
Early arrival or extended stay must be arranged independently by delegates.
