  • Registration Requirement:

    To confirm your participation, submission of this completed form is mandatory. A formal invitation letter will be issued only upon receipt of the completed form and full payment.

  • Travel Arrangements & Accommodation

    A hotel venue acknowledgement letter will be provided to confirmed delegates to support their visa applications. Accommodation is not included in the participation package. As the venue is a four-star hotel, we recommend participants secure accommodation nearby according to their preferences and budget. If you wish to stay at the venue hotel, please book it online. Once the final delegate list is confirmed, we will create an official delegation group to facilitate coordination, including travel and accommodation planning.

Visa Guidance:

Delegates are advised to apply for either a Business/Conference Visa or Tourist/Visit Visa, depending on their preference. Please refer to the website of the Italian Embassy or Visa Centre in your country to download the visa checklist and understand the process. For visa related queries we recommend reviewing the embassy website thoroughly beforehand. Further assistance can also be sought via WhatsApp.

Travel Requirements:

  • Arrival:

    All delegates must arrive at the venue by 4:00 PM on 28th July 2025. The summit will commence at 4:30 PM.

  • Departure:

    The event concludes at 11:00 AM on 31st July, following a farewell breakfast.

Event Agenda:

A detailed agenda will be shared with confirmed delegates by 15th July 2025.

Refund Policy:

Please Note: There is no refund policy for any payments made. However, in the event of visa refusal:
  • If you applied as a self-funded delegate, you will receive an e-voucher, after deduction of administrative costs (e.g., VAT and invitation processing fees), for use at next event.
  • If you applied only for the exclusive invitation letter, no refund or voucher will be issued as this is a non-refundable service.
