EduTourism for Unity is a Community Interest Organisation that relies on donor support to sustain its initiatives. The nominal application fee of £18.75 is a necessary administrative cost to ensure the efficient organisation and management of events. This fee allows us to uphold high standards while fulfilling our mission of empowering communities globally, particularly for those applying under the funded category.
Registration is conducted exclusively through our official website. Applicants must provide contact details, thoughtfully complete the scholarship section questions, agree to the terms and conditions, and pay the application fee.
We offer fully funded scholarships, partially funded scholarships, financial assistance, and self-funded opportunities. Selections are conducted by an official selection committee, which includes board members from the UK and Europe.
The programme is open to individuals of any age and from diverse backgrounds across the world. This includes students, professionals, social workers, youth advocates, healthcare practitioners, policymakers, trainers, human rights lawyers, peace ambassadors, volunteers, aspiring young leaders, entrepreneurs, businesspersons, and social activists.

Yes, the organisation will provide you with an official event invitation letter for your visa process, along with supporting documents, and will also assist you during the visa procedure.
Participants are eligible to apply under either the tourism visa or the business visa category. You may choose whichever option is more suitable and convenient for your circumstances.

Includes airfare support, meals as per the event agenda, complete event participation, an official certificate, an exclusive invitation letter, visa support documents for the Netherlands, a keynote address as an international speaker, fellowship or work opportunities at our UK Head Office and with the European Union, a chance to present at the United Nations, leadership event merchandise, access to cultural showcases, and the opportunity to be featured in an international magazine and collaborations in Europe.
Partially Funded Scholarship:
Includes meals as per the event agenda, complete event participation, an official certificate, an exclusive invitation letter, visa support documents for the Netherlands, a keynote address as an international speaker, fellowship or work opportunities at our UK Head Office and with the European Union, a chance to present at the United Nations, leadership event merchandise, access to cultural showcases, and the opportunity to be featured in an international magazine and collaborations in Europe.
Self-Funded Opportunity:
Self-funded participants can purchase a delegate package for £449, which covers meals as per the event agenda, complete event participation, an official certificate, an exclusive invitation letter, visa support documents for the Netherlands, a keynote address as an international speaker, fellowship or work opportunities at our UK Head Office and with the European Union, a chance to present at the United Nations, leadership event merchandise, access to cultural showcases, and the opportunity to be featured in an international magazine and collaborations in Europe.
Financial Assistance:
Provides designated support to help cover some costs of travel and participation in the Amsterdam conference.
Application outcomes will be announced between 6th and 7th December 2025.

The event will take place from 13th to 16th February 2026, in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The application fee can be paid using a debit or credit card through our secure banking payment gateway. If you do not have a debit or credit card, you may use one belonging to a friend or family member to complete the payment.
Yes, accommodation is included for certain participants under the Financial Assistance scholarship category. Shortlisted applicants receiving this support will be granted a specific amount of financial assistance, which they may use either to arrange their accommodation or to cover travel expenses such as airfare, according to their preference and convenience.
Please note that this financial assistance may also apply to participants who are selected for the Funded Scholarship category.
Applicants are strongly advised to hold a valid passport for travel. However, you may apply by uploading your National or Student ID in the passport section and ensure that your passport is secured before the event date.
