• The application fee for the invitation letter is a mandatory legal cost and is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee applies specifically to the invitation letter. Incomplete applications will not be considered for evaluation or invitation.
• ⁠By submitting an application for the invitation, participants grant the organisers of One World Summit Italy 2025 the right to use their name, biography, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
• Participants can not dispute the application fee if they are unable to secure a visa for Italy. The organisation reserves the right to counter any disputes, and in such cases, the applicant bears full responsibility for any loss incurred.
• ⁠Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal activity using the summit invitation letter. Should any misuse occur, the organisation retains the right to report the matter to the relevant embassy, request visa and passport restrictions and banned, and take legal action in accordance with the laws of the participant’s home country.
• While an official invitation letter will be provided, securing a visa for Italy is solely the applicant’s responsibility. The summit organisers are not liable for any visa denials or travel restrictions. The invitation letter serves as a strong supporting document for a visa application; however, applicants must ensure they have strong ties to their home country to increase their chances of approval.
• Invited applicants must confirm their attendance within the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of the invitation.
• Participants must adhere to the summit’s core values of respect, inclusivity, and professionalism. Any form of misconduct may lead to immediate disqualification from the event.
• The organisation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed in advance.
• ⁠There are limited seats available under fully-funded, partially-funded, and self-funded scholarship categories. Applicants receiving an invitation letter may choose to attend as self-funded participants or apply for funding through the general application form available on our official website.
• EduTourism for Unity is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, expected to follow safety regulations and instructions, and must ensure their own safety and the safety of others. However, the organising team will be available to provide assistance if needed.
• By participating, applicants agree not to pursue legal action against the organisation regarding application fee refunds. Additionally, they commit to refraining from oral, visual, or auditory defamation of the organisation, particularly if they disagree with their assigned category. Any violation of this provision will result in legal consequences.
